Hello, I am an aspiring artist who likes to draw digital portraits and illustrations.

Simplified Terms & Conditions

General terms:
Provide clear descriptions and/or picture/s.
I have the right fo refuse a commission.
Do: oc, fanart, real people, mild nsfw and blood
Don't: heavy gore, nsfw, furry, mecha

Payment:
50% or full upfront payment
Payment methods: paypal, gcash
Currency: USD and PHP

Additional fees:
+60% base price for add person
Color/gradient backgrounds are free.
Additional elements will have an extra charge depending of its complexity

Process:
Commission starts when payment is received.
Process takes around 3 days- 2 weeks
WIPS may be given to the client, if they request it
Final artwork are sent through email

Usage:
The artist holds the copyrights of the artworks. Personal use only. Claiming ownership, and selling the said artwork is prohibited.

IN DEPTH ToS

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

The artist must be provided with clear descriptions and/or pictures

Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and the commission will be canceled if it occurs.

The artist will draw: oc, fanarts, real people, mild nsfw and blood.

The artist will not draw: heavy NSFW, gore, mecha, furry, and any concept that may be uncomfortable to the artist.

II. PAYMENT

Half to full upfront payment is accepted to start the commission.
Payment methods are via Paypal, Gcash, and remittance centers. USD or PHP currency.

III. PROCESS

WIP of rough draft sketches will be shown to the client for approval.

Average process ranges from 3 days- 2 weeks.

However, the completion may take up to two months because of factors such as;
The order of queue/waiting list, complexity , and health, school or family issues.
!If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.!

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

It is to the artist's joy to make the customers happy and satisfied with the commission.
However after the commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

If the reference provided was unclear to begin with, then the client is not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
The client must make sure to be clear with their order and what they aim for.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site, display it, and post it to my liking.

If you want your commissions to be private, inform me when you order.

The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. (Linking it to my socials)

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

1.Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
2.Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
3. Removing any watermarks/signatures.
4.altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

The artist have the right to cancel and refund the money of the commission at any time.
The client have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

Filing a chargeback against the artist, and commiting copyright infringement will result to the artist retracting the rights of the commissioner of the commissioned artwork. The artist can sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. The commissioner will be blacklisted, reported, and forbidden to contact the artist .
